Our Gourmet fish fry has no Cholesterol. Very low sodium 225mg per 1/2 cup and no MSG's. It can be used with all your favorite fried foods.
This gourmet fish or food fry is a very tasty alternative to the traditional corn meal frys.  Not only is it heart healthy, but it also reduces or eliminates heartburn and indigestion common with corn meal products.

This fry is made, using a patented process, from Louisiana grown rice.  Unlike cornmeal, this rice fry has the ability to seal in the flavor and seal out the harmful cooking oils.
The Gourmet fish fry is preseasoned with my "BIG DADDY'S SIZZLING SEASONING. The fish fry retains very little oil, always drain on rack, not paper towels.
