We received a gift pack as a gift. We recently use the fish fry from the pack and loved it. We fried speckled trout at a family event. Everyone loved it. My mother called the next day and asked what we used because she never eats cold fish and she went back after everyone left abd ate it cold. Send me a sample of the rice version. We ate the rice flour on speckled trout on the fourth of July at my mom's.  Everyone loved it.  I used your recipe that had milk/mustard/eggs.  We will definitely get some more.  The same people that ate the corn flour liked the rice just as well.  When we ate the corn flour we just soaked the fish in milk( I didn't read your recipe).  I don't know if that would have made a difference but your flour is our favorite.Thanks so much for sending the sample.  We will be ordering more.
