Daddy's® Seasoning Recipes
"BIG DADDY'S"
FAVORITE RECIPES CAJUN RED BEAN SHRIMP SALAD
Serves 6-8
2 TBS Olive Oil
1 LB Medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tsp. Minced Garlic
1 Can Red Bean, rinsed and drained
16 oz can Whole Corn, drained
1 can diced green chilies
6 Green Onions, finely chopped
¼ Cup Mayo(Ilike Blue Plate)
¼ Cup Tomato Salsa
2 TBS Lime Juice
2 TBS Big Daddy's Hot Sauce (your choice)
2 TBS Big Daddy's Bar-B-Que Rub
1 Tsp. Big Daddy's Mild or Sizzling Seasoning
¼ Cup fresh Parsley, chopped
2 Lemons, sliced into wedges
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add shrimp, Bar-B-Que rub, seasoning, hot sauce and garlic. Cook until shrimp are pink and thoroughly cooked. Drain and chill for 2 hours.
Add beans, corn, chilies and onions to chilled shrimp and mix well.
Mix mayo, salsa and limejuice and add to the shrimp mixture.
Chill at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with seasoning and parsley. Add
lemon wedges and serve.
