Big Daddy's® Seasoning Recipes

"BIG DADDY'S"
FAVORITE RECIPES
Minute Steaks  (Alias cube steak)
Recipe for 2 steaks

One large onion, sliced thin

One medium bell pepper, sliced thin.

One 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced.

Two teaspoons minced garlic

One egg

1 ½ cups of milk.

Two cups flour.

A deep fryer or frying pan.

Peanut oil.

1/8 Cup Olive oil.

¼ Cup Red wine (0ptional)

Big Daddy's seasoning (any combo)

Sprinkle each steak with the seasoning and plan in a shallow baking pan. Cover steaks with the garlic, then onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Now cover the pan with a plastic wrap and place in refrigerator 2 to 4 hours or longer. (I like to make this up the night before)

Now you are ready to cook. Start your oil warming up. Mix eggs and milk. (I often add more seasoning to the flour for extra taste) Take the steaks to the flour first, this will help keep the seasoning on the steaks, then to milk and egg mix and back to the flour then to your fryer.

In another frying pan put onions, peppers and mushrooms, add olive oil and wine. Sauté down and serve over steaks.Serve with Dirty rice and cornbread. Recipes are in the book.
