12 OUNCES CHEESE OF CHOICE
2 MEDIUM ONION
2 TABLESPOONS MINCHED GARLIC
1 LARGE EGG
1 CUP KETCHUP
2 TABLESPOONS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 TUBE SALTINE CRACKERS

BIG DADDY'S SEASONING, MILD, SIZZLING AND
BAR-B-QUE RUB
Cut one onion in small chunks, place in blender and fine chop,
add ketchup, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Now blend
well and set aside in a bowl. Fine chop last onion, mix into
bowl stir with spoon.
Put ground beef in a large mixing bowl, sprinkle BBQ Rub and your choice of Mild or Sizzling seasoning on ground beef and mix well, sprinkle once more. Now add cheese and mixture of other ingredients and mix well. Take the crackers and crush them into cracker crumbs pour over ground beef mixture and mix well.
Take a 1 cup measuring scoop and scoop up a cup of the ground beef mixture and make balls (for thicker patties add more to ball) then using a burger press make your patties or just make them by hand.
Place patties on large cookie sheet sprinkle with seasoning; do not layer meat on meat, separate with plastic wrap. Place in freezer for about two hours so they become firm. Cook on grill, skillet or bake in oven covered with onions and mushrooms with a little red wine for gravy.
For storage: On a cookie sheet a long place strip of plastic wrap, lay patties two wide sprinkle with seasoning and fold over, put another patty on top of
first two and sprinkle with seasoning repeat until all patties are wrapped.
Wrap whole pack for freezing or use food saver, (after frozen this way you can take out as many as you need.)
