Use dry on vegetables, meats, beef, pork, fish, chicken, pastas, breads, is super with butter on toasted french bread. Looking for a sausage seasoning, we have it, our seasonings are great for deer sausage pork sausage and beef sausage.Use as an WILD GAME SEASONING , looking for a good jerky seasoning , we have it, Big Daddy's Spicy DEER and BEEF JERKY SEASONING, venison, game birds, duck, quail, and dove. Use in dips, sauces, and spreads. Makes a great bloody-mary seasoning, also use in beer to make drunk chicken. Simply put if you can eat it "BIG DADDY'S " will make it taste better. " BIG DADDY'S " seasoning, used sparingly, does not mask the taste of the food in only enhances it greatly. " BIG DADDY'S" comes in "Mild" and "Sizzling". " BIG DADDY'S" also has a hot-sauce that is great on anything you would like to add a KICK to. It comes in Jalepeno and Habanero! And now we have "BIG DADDY'S" DRY RUB SEASONING, Smokey Bar-B-Que Rub. Great to use as a BUTT RUB, a BRISKET RUB and can be used to rub on Chicken and Turkeys.

We've added two new products to our line.  Louisiana Gourmet Popcorn Rice has the aroma of buttered popcorn when cooking and the taste is out of this world.  We've also added a brand new Gourmet Fish Fry made from Louisiana Popcorn Rice.  The rice is milled into a flour with our seasonings blended in.  It's great on all fried foods!  As with all of our products, these two new offerings contain no MSG's and are lower in sodium than our biggest competitor's comparable brands.
